Joseph Spearmann Was the Legates (Commander) of the Air Divison (Astra) of the Ordo Imperialis (formerly the Novus Ordo Imperialis, the Venuma Coalition, and the Alliance Navy II), and is a highly active member of the Star Wars role-playing community. He was a member of the elite group of Astra Apostle. It is also to be noted that he was Legates of Astra in the Novus Ordo Imperialis thus making him the longest running Legates in the history of the Ordo Imperialis. He is now retired
