Manfred O'Neill was a Solarian citizen and a recording technician working for Jacqueline Rivera of Solarian News Services. In February 1922 PD, he and Rivera were just disembarking the passenger liner Starlight when the Mesan Alignment Navy's Operation Oyster Bay hit the Manticore System. A graser torpedo hit the space station Hephaestus' Passenger Concourse Green-317, killing them along with four hundred other passengers. (HH12)
