It all started with Doof getting a sample of Perry's DNA to make Perry clones. Perry broke free of Doof's trap, and kicked the syringe out of his hand. It ended up being injected into Vanessa, turning her into a platypus. After Perry defeated Doof, he brought Vanessa to the Agency where Monogram recruited her. She now lives with Perry and the Flynn-Fletchers and sometimes goes on missions with him.
