Judi Jones has appeared on Coronation Street in two roles: during September and October 2001 as Pam Hargreaves, the biological mother of Charlie Ramsden and she returned to the programme in July 2005 as the Magistrate who found Scooter Makuna guilty of criminal damage. A later-starter to acting after a successful career in telemarketing on the Chester Chronicle newspaper, other credits include roles in All Quiet on the Preston Front, In Suspicious Circumstances, The Bill, Fat Friends, Heartbeat, Emmerdale, Mersey Beat, Doctors, Holby City, The Royal, Where the Heart Is and Life on Mars.
