Philip Hazelby (born in Sheffield) appeared on Coronation Street in three roles: * RSPCA inspector Mr Robinson in November 1999 * PC Boulter in January and February 2004 * An unnamed Police Officer in October and December 2007. Philip has also had roles in Emmerdale Farm and ChuckleVision for which he also co-wrote episodes with Ramsey Gilderdale.
