Sven D. Arks (スベン・D・アークス Suben D. Ākusu?), born as Jason Blackhearts (ジェイソンD.ブラックハート Jeison D. Burakkuhāto?) and nicknamed "Hell-Fire Arks" (業火アークス Gōka no Ākusu?), is the Second youngest member of CP0. He is the Strategist of the Organization who's Strategic skill's and Mind are second to only the former Fleet Admiral Sengoku. He was recruited as the Strategist after hearing about the CP9's crushing defeat at the hands of the Straw Hat Pirates.
