Cliggan Opaga was a Mon Calamari officer in the ranks of the New Republic navy. During the Shadow War he was assigned as the commanding officer of the fleet tasked with bringing down the Harbinger, the Eclipse-class Dreadnought stolen by Darth Trayus.
