The Vulcan First Minister was the title of the head of government of the Confederacy of Vulcan. Following the destruction of the P'Jem monastery in the year 2151, the First Minister at the time was dismissed. (ENT episode: "Home") Following the Syrrannite Reformation in 2154, T'Pau was made head of Vulcan's civilian and military governments and took the title First Minister.
