The C.E.L.L./Organization XIII alliance serve as the main antangonists of Crysis Hearts. It is a combination of the private military faction C.E.L.L., and Organization XII, the main antangonists of Kingdom Hearts II. They wish to take over the worlds but also wish to acoomplish C.E.L.L.'s goals as well.
