Its located in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean however to the East it is bordered by the Scottish Sea. The Kingdom of Arcul is a Unitary State ruled by a Constitutional Monarchy and a Parliamentary Democracy which meets in the Premyirhüs which is based in Motzil.
