Prixus was a Human scientist and Starfleet crewman in the late 24th century. He was an expert in mineralogy and metallurgy. In the mid-2360s, he was assigned to the USS Enterprise-D. In 2365, Prixus, along with Ensigns Hildebrant, Alans, and Davies, was chosen by Acting Ensign Wesley Crusher for planetary mineral surveys. Crusher's team was tasked with solving the mystery of the geological instability of the Selcundi Drema sector planets. (TNG: "Pen Pals" ) Prixus was portrayed by an unknown actor. In the eBook Many Splendors, his name was spelled "Prixis". [1]
