To use this technique Hachiman cups his hand near his right side with his fingers facing behind him. He flexes the muscles in his hand so much that they turn red from strain and it creates a spherical green aura between his hands. This green aura is the same aura seen when using the Eight Gates, meaning that it is made of sweat instead of chakra. The main difference is it is much more concentrated because of the small space it is in, giving it a more tangible form. The sphere is fired at high speeds when Hachiman thrusts his hands forward and opens his cupped hands. When the green aura hits the target it feels like they are being punched, hence its name. The power of this technique can vary depending on how much Hachiman was concentrating.
