When preformed the user will block the chakra point in their wrist and will start generating lightning chakra in their arm this will make the arm give of violent green static after this charges. The user will then generate gale chakra in the same arm. After the user arms will burst with green static and gust of wind the user will then unblock the chakra point in the wrist.
