Tim Cowen is a part-time NASCAR driver from Ashland, OH. He will race part-time for his team in 2007 in the Craftsman Truck Series. He made his series debut early in 2007, competing at Mansfield. Starting 33rd in the field, Cowen fell six laps down but stayed out of trouble for the most part and earned a 30th place finish.
