Mankind is an action-adventure survival horror video game developed by Sucker Pinch and published by Sony Computer Entertainment for the PlayStation 4. It was officially revealed on December 10, 2011 at the Spike TV Video Game Awards and released worldwide on November 15, 2013. It was released in Japan on June 20, 2013. The player controls John (voiced and motion captured by Jesse McCartney) escorting his young sister, Taylor(Chloë Grace Moretz) and Baby brother Cody across a post-apocalyptic The World that has been ravaged by infection to olook for there Dad. The player uses firearms, improvised weapons and stealth techniques to defend against hostile bandits and zombie-like creatures infected by a mutated strain of the Cordyceps fungus.
