Metal Crescent (メタルクレセント Metaru Kuresento?) is a Shoulder-type cutter weapon that Vile obtains by defeating Boomerang Kuwanger in Mega Man Maverick Hunter X. When equipped with this weapon, Vile fires three cutters in preset patterns: one high over his head, one diagonally upward, and one more forward. Whether the player is pressing up, down, or have the control pad neutral when they fire determines what order Vile shoots the three cutters. Vile’s feet are nailed to the ground until either he fires all three cutters or gets interrupted by getting hit.
