Brandon Parker is S+F Software's Dreamcast programmer. Brandon Parker ported Steve Thompson's game, Inhabitants, to the Dreamcast, and the two improved upon it for the first annual Dream On Contest. Inhabitants won first prize in the contest, and The GOAT Store published the game as a commercial release.
