Jason Bollinger was the political opponent of the murder victim Jeff Horn in "Hell Hath No Fury". Whilst initially an obvious choice for someone who might want Mr. Horn gone, it rapidly emerges that Mr. Bollinger is in fact enjoying a very comfortable lead in the polls, and sitting on an ace-in-the-hole - photographic evidence of his rival's infidelity. Later in "Pretty Dead", Victor Baron's alibi was he was having drinks with "Councilman" Bollinger until about one in the morning.
