No. Dragon Ball AF is a joke series (the "AF" stands for "April Fools"). However, there is multiple fan amde manga made out there that were inspired by this, the fan made picture of SS5 and decided to create theier own drawings of it, some of which led to series made by themsleves. The most popular of which is one made by Toyotaro, otherwsise known as Toyble who draws the Super manga and DBH's manga. He created the popular fan made character Xicor.
