Normie Kwong (born October 24, 1949 in Calgary, Alberta) is a former owner of the Calgary Flames. He was an all-star player in the Canadian Football League (CFL) with the Calgary Stampeders and the Edmonton Eskimos from 1948 to 1960. He won the Grey Cup (CFL championship) in 1948, 1954, 1955, and 1956. He is currently the Lieutenant-Governor of Alberta. That is the figurehead head of the provincial government.
