Matthew Flynn appeared in Coronation Street as DC, later DS Sutton who was involved in the arrest of Kelly Crabtree when she was set up for theft by Becky Granger in May 2006, he then questioned Tracy Barlow in September 2015 for starting the Victoria Court fire some months earlier and returned in November 2016 investigating the death of Michael Rodwell.
