When the Council of Dead were making their plans to sell humanity as slaves, Hazneer was in London, negotiating with the Zu'nar. When Fasheith accelerated the plan, Hazneer was the first to join him. He was annoyed with Fasheith's advice, as humanity wasn't weak enough to defeat easily. Hazneer was destroyed with the rest of the Council by Millie Peterson. (WC: Attack of the Snowmen)
