The Boltar War Memorial was a monument in Cardassia, located in the Tarlak Sector of Cardassia City. In the 2340s, Elim Garak was to help Tolan Garak at the dedication of the Boltar War Memorial, although the beginning of his schooling at the Bamarren Institute for State Intelligence prevented this.
