Mistress Owl is a pirate lord who is described as having jet black fur, large eyes and wears form fitting clothing of silk and other fine materials. She is known for a her swarm tactics, but prefers subtlety over the brute force approach of Master Locust. While her fleet is predominantly G01D-F15H, she employs other craft as appropriate, often Cetaceas for their large holds and speedy getaways. She has a fierce rivalry with Master Locust, whom she considers stupid, and has no qualms about stealing his territory and followers.
