White Foal Pass lies along the shared Valdemar-Karse border, near Rethwellan. It is a popular invasion route for Karse into Valdemar. The Karsite Army used it during Theran & Fyllis' Karse Border War‏. They were stopped by Herald Lavan Firestorm at a point in the pass still known as Burning Pines.
