The Harassment Panda, a pet of the Cantina, is called forth to normaly help with the torture of those who commit the most atrocious crimes. He is normaly seen wearing leather pants, a leather vest and a leather mask, with a spiked collar. His torture method of choice is a whip.For a sort time the panda was married to Foley, but that marriage ended quickly. The last time he was let loose on the world was durring the sack of Rome and had to be locked in a cage in Captain Mappalazarou's private room, since then has never been the same but most recently he was released by Tombombadail to torture Col.Foley Who has been acused of being The Turkey and was sentenced by Planetary Alliance to be castrated and sent into The Basement after a day of torture at the hands of the Harassment Panda.
