Presinzano was a capo in the Bonanno family and served under infamous crime boss Joseph "Bananas" Bonanno. Every mobster in New York knew him as "Moe" from the lower east side. He owned a big mob hangout called "The Paris Bar & Cafe". His brother Frank was also became a high ranking mobster in the Bonanno family. Presinzano reportedly died of a heart attack in late 1977.
