A character with this ability can exaggerate the effects of his gestures and actions. For example, if he or she spilled some water, he or she could cause a flood, and if he or she lit a match it would cause a fire to spread. Pulling out one plug could cause a power outage, while even miming a shooting gesture could cause a massacre. The ability would usually be consciously controlled.
