The nation established for the "Bosnian Serbs" after the 1992 Dayton Accord, as a part of the Bosnia-Herzegovina state along with the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina, who both ceased to exist. Not yet lost ? The official name is Republika Srpska, the Serb Republic, which is easily confused with the Republika Srbija, the Republic of Serbia, capital Belgrade, more commonly known as "Serbia". As such, "Serbo-Bosnia" or "Bosnian Serbia" seems to be the most appropriate appellation in English.
