Warmet Humble was the former ruler of Spendrugle before he was drugged and deposed by his brother, Simplet. The new lord renamed himself Fangatooth Claw the Render and kept his brother locked away in the keep's dungeon. Warmet's once-handsome face was scarred by the branding iron his brother used to torture him. Fangatooth also removed all of his fingernails, much of his skin in strips, and all but a few clumps of hair, but made sure that Warmet would always be able to see, hear, and speak of what was being done to him.
