The Extreme Championship was one of Championship Rasslin' Federation's hardcore division titles, competed for exclusively under triple threat hardcore or stipulation matches, featuring the current champion, the previous champion and one other contender. It was active from January to August 2007, until CRF's closure. When it reopened in March 2008 the championship was not reinstated. A total of seven different individuals had reigns with the CRF Extreme Championship. It was competed for primarily on the CRF Judgement brand.
