Carnival Toys made a Muppet Babies a "Hear-a-Tune Guitar" in 1986. This was followed in 1988 by a "Country Fiddle" and a "Country & Western Banjo". Each toy was decorated with illustrations of the Muppet Babies. The toys were produced under the Tunetown USA label. The toy guitar's packaging says, "Turn the crank to hear Muppet Babies music." The illustrations on the guitar and its packaging were drawn by Guy Gilchrist, who drew the Muppets comic strip. Illustrators for the Fiddle and Banjo are unknown.
