Chuck and Fifi are minor villains from the first Earthworm Jim videogame. Chuck is the owner of New Junk City, a place full of garbage and battered vehicles. He hates outsiders, and attacks anyone who enters his junkyard. Few managed to leave the place alive, but not without losing some body parts. His only companion is Fifi, a psychotic poodle infested with fleas who viciously bites everyone with his sharp fangs. Earthworm Jim was forced to get across the big junkyard and fight the duo, but ended victorious in the end.
