The Underground Laboratory Block is a place where experiments can be carried out under observation in sealed laboratory areas. The block is split into two, an observation room, which contains all the control panels and communication devices, to monitor the experiment, and a sealed room to carry out the tests under controlled conditions. In City Of Fire, Brains carried out an experiment on a new cutting equipment fuelled by Oxyhydnite.
