Roger Slifer is an American animation writer. He wrote The Germ & Money to Burn for the Sunbow G.I. Joe series, and Pigskin Commandoes for the DIC G.I. Joe series. He has also written and produced episodes of Jem, Transformers, My Little Pony Tales and Superman: The Animated Series.
