Frobesius Fublius was a mysterious painter who specialized in rebuses. He reputedly lived near Zorbel Pass and vanished toward the end of the eighth century. Historians have speculated that Fublius was none other than the enchanter Megaboz since both lived near Zorbel and vanished in the same time period. Furthermore Fublius' rebuses revealed facts about Megaboz that only Megaboz himself could have known.
