It is a spoof of cereal manufacturer Kellogg's. The company name can be found on some vans in GTA San Andreas and on a website in GTA IV. Certain cereals include Cok O Pops, Crispy Flakes, Strawberry Rails, Dragon Rings, Popping Cherries and Crackles O'Dawn. They are one of the official sponsors of the CNT program I'm Rich in GTA IV.
