Lt. Gen. Ellen M. Pawlikowski is the Commander of the Space and Missile Systems Center of the United States' Air Force Space Command, located at Los Angeles Air Force Base in California. Prior to that assignment, she was Commander of Air Force Research Laboratory, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. As such she was responsible for managing the Air Force's $2.2 billion science and technology program as well as additional customer funded research and development of $2.2 billion.
