Cosmic Chain Prison (宇宙鎖鉄窓, Uchūkusari Tessou) is a technique usable by users of Cosmic Energy as well as Noryokugan users. After securing a cosmic chain on the target, the user for a unique handsign, causing hundreds of thousands of cosmic chains to emerge from the surroundings and completely bind the targets body, preventing them from using chakra, techniques, dojutsu and even moving. After forming a second handsign, the target will be dragged into another dimension and sealed away. The user is capable of unsealing them at will, and once formed, the chains immutable to outside forces.
