Dust Chip (Japanese: 氷霧針ダストチップ, Kanji translation: Ice Fog Needle, Romaji: dasutochippu) is an offensive water shamanistic spell. The spell causes small shards of ice, roughly the size of a fingernail to head towards the target. The spell deals minimal damage, however, it is quite painful, so it can be used to demoralize or scare away opponents.
