Rizzle's Unguarded Plans are located on the floor of the tiny house where Rizzle Brassbolts is located, at the Mirage Raceway on the Shimmering Flats in Thousand Needles. These plans contain the secret behind the gnome racers' recent successes. Pozzik, in charge of the goblin racers, is looking for someone to steal these plans - but Rizzle guards them at all times.
