Naoto will first use his Reisei in order to mirror Hotaru's chakra ratio while subsequently preparing his Lightning God technique, by infusing his bio-electric current with his lightning and yang release natures. This is met by Hotaru preparing her signature lightning cloud. This technique is done by both users firing highly charged attacks at one point, and having the two merge and fuse, feeding each other, transforming into a massive lightning blast. The result is a technique that emits enough heat to melt all known kinds of metal and powerful enough to pierce most defenses with ease.
