Judge Fintan Joyce was a Murphyville Judge who left the Emerald Isle Judge Militia to retrain as a Mega-City One Judge in the wake of Chaos Day. When he transferred to Mega-City One, he was in his early twenties and had been an Emerald Isle Judge for three years. He was the son of Judge-Sergeant Charlie Joyce, who died in mysterious circumstances and while in Mega-City One stayed in contact with his mother.
