In Fayel is a girl named Nina who will only speak to either Rico or Rucha. Before doing the Vesplume Tower section, have Nina give a letter to Rucha for her father who works there. On the way to Vesplume Tower, you will be given an opportunity to rest or buy supplies from Genma. At this point there will be a save point and near that is the Blossom Ring that Nina gave her father. Bring it back to Nina for a reward of metetite.
