Lott Dod was the senator for the Trade Federation during the invasion of Naboo in 19 BBY. He was one of a few senators to refuse creation of a Grand Army of the Republic. Before the invasion, Dod replaced Nute Gunray after Gunray became viceroy for the Trade Federation.
