The 1971 Hamilton Tiger-Cats season was the 14th season for the team in the Canadian Football League and their 22nd overall. The Tiger-Cats finished in 2nd place in the East division with a 7–7 record, but lost the Eastern Finals to the Toronto Argonauts.
