The 1982 Cardinal 250 was a Busch Series event held at Martinsville Speedway on October 31, 1982. It was the season finale. Butch Lindley won his fourth event of the year, holding off Charlie Luck. Jack Ingram finished 26th, but that was good enough for a forty-seven point championship win over Sam Ard. Ard finished sixth. Stats
