Cyberman conversion, also called programing, is how Cybermen reproduce. It is the process in which humans become cybermen.(It is unknown if Cybermen reproduce by converting only humans or if they convert any humanoid species). Certain organs in the human body will be replaced by mechanical parts in the process. Humans will also be dressed in the same body of all Cybermen. All emotion will be removed from the human's brain and they will be made to serve the Cybermen and become part of the Cyber-race.
