Pizarro Rojas, brother of Francesco and Balboa Rojas, was the co-leader of the Rojas drug cartel. He orchestrated the attack on the Pan-Latin Drug Conference at the Babylon and helped the Chinese lead their assault on Area 51. He was killed by Yizi when he attempted to kill Jong Lee.
