Halie was a scrutator and a member of the Council of Scrutators. She was one of four women to sit on the Council and an ally of Xervish Flydd, until his apparent failure at the battle of Snizort. She survives the attack on Fiz Gorgo and escapes Flydd's assault on Nennifer, along with Scrutator Fusshte. However, it is unknown if she accompanied Fusshte in his mission to attempt to retake Nennifer, during which he and his allies perished.
